Could I also just take the opportunity to say how pleased I’ve been with the service. Hazel and Gill do an absolutely incredible job. There has never been a time when I’ve picked Max up and they haven’t been fully engaged with the children. There is always a new, interesting activity and it has felt like a continuation of education rather than just ‘babysitting’. Max can be apprehensive about new situations but he settled in so easily and there has never been a time where he hasn’t wanted to go. I’ve really felt that Gill and Hazel have got to know him and really appreciate the level of care they have given him.
